Label for "Fior di Lodi" Honey Jar
Apicoltura Fior di Lodi is a small and young beekeeping business based in the southern Lodi area, producing honey in full respect of the natural rhythms and work of the bees, without forcing processes and in a completely natural way.
Behind this project lie patience, care, and a deep attention to nature and the local territory. The beekeeper has long been committed to ecology, an interest that here takes shape as a concrete desire to support the protection of bees, insects that are essential to environmental balance.
The label was designed to convey simplicity, authenticity, and a handmade feel. I chose an essential illustrated language, with drawings of small plants and stylized flowers inspired by the local flora, which vary across the three versions of the line: wildflower with acacia, wildflower, and honeydew.
This project stems from the desire to enhance an authentic product through illustrated packaging that can tell a story of place, respect for nature, and craftsmanship, offering small producers a visual tool that aligns with their values.
